A space for people who care about their projects but feel stuck or overwhelmed

A 5-week journey designed to provide the structure, support, and tools you need to gain momentum, while learning to work with (not against) yourself.

Send me more info

You have projects you care about. But when the moment to work comes, you procrastinate, freeze and get stuck.

We’ve often been told that the only way to "do" is to push. We are taught that progress requires constant effort and staying focused at any cost.

For some people, that works—but for many of us, this approach is not ineffective, it’s contraproductive!

Instead of creating momentum, it feels like we are trying to run through water.

You're not alone.

Productivity culture says "hustle harder." Wellness culture says "just rest and trust the process."

But, what if there is a third path?

I believe we need an approach that bridges the gap between getting things done and honoring our human limits. A way to find traction that accepts our ups and downs, works with our nervous system, and leads to real results—without having to fight against ourselves.

That is why I created Unstuck Lab.

Think of it as an "emergency room" for projects that have lost their way. It is a space for those who want to see their ideas move forward, but refuse to leave their well-being behind.

It’s about moving away from force and finding a gentle momentum that actually feels like you.

That's what the Unstuck Lab is about.

What’s the Unstuck Lab?

The Unstuck Lab is like an emergency room for stuck projects.

It's a 5-week journey designed to provide immediate support, structure, and practical tools to help you move past the barriers that have been keeping your project from moving forward.

If you’ve been stuck in repeating patterns of self-doubt, overwhelm, or procrastination, this space helps you interrupt those cycles and get back on track.

Whether you're working on a creative project, a side business, or any meaningful endeavor, the Unstuck Lab provides you with the framework and community to help you unfreeze and make steady progress.

The Unstuck Lab is here to help you to:

  1. Move your project forward:

Find the focus to work on your project and make progress.

  2. Learn how to get unstuck:

Learn useful strategies to move when you encounter challenges and feel stuck.

Who is it for?

You have a project you care about and you want to bring it to life.

But you're stuck in any of these loops:

  • OVERWHELM: you struggle to take the initial steps and feel exhausted before you even start

  • THE “THINKING” LOOP: you spend way more time worrying about the work than actually doing it.

  • THE PUSH (AND THE CRASH): you ignore your own needs just to get a sudden burst of work done, only to end up feeling totally spent and scattered the next day.

  • SPINNING WHEELS: after months of "doing things," you realize your project hasn't actually moved forward.

You've tried everything - pushing harder, forcing deadlines, working harder.

You feel overwhelmed, can't see next steps, spend more time thinking than doing.

You keep ending up in the same place: stuck, frustrated, repeating patterns.

Whether you're working on:

  • Career transitions, changes or pivots

  • Creative work and projects

  • Personal practices

  • Independent and/or passion projects alongside full-time work

  • Building a business or startup

This is for you if:

  • Are caught in a loop — starting, stopping, and circling back again.

  • Crave clarity and structure — you need a steady container that helps you show up and stay grounded, even when you feel lost.

  • Are done doing it alone — you want support and accountability from people who genuinely understand the internal struggle.

  • Want to move forward without "overriding" yourself — you’re looking for a way of working that respects your human limits while still getting sh*t done.

  • Need a permission slip to be human — you want an approach where progress doesn't require force, and "slow" is still progress.

  • Are willing to show up and do the work — and are open to experimenting with new ways of working.

What We'll Explore Together

  • What keeps you circling - and how it shows up in your work.

  • Exploring when and how you actually get things done.

  • Understanding fear and your nervous system.

  • Strategies and tools for when you freeze again.

  • Integrating learnings and crafting your toolset (system) to move forward with ease.

What You’ll Receive

  • Video lessons to identify your patterns and learn research-based ways to make progress.

  • A regular touchpoint to discuss the themes and explore them through shared practice. It’s a time to reflect on the process and see how everyone is moving through their project.

  • 5 hours of deep work dedicated to making actual, visible progress on your project.

  • During these sessions, you’ll integrate the theory by doing the work, learning how to craft your ideal conditions for every project that follows.

  • A WhatsApp/Telegram group to share tiny wins and have a place to land when things feel heavy.

  • You can add two private 30-minute sessions with me to bookend your experience: an Introductory Call to clarify your specific goals and a Closing Call to integrate your takeaways.

Available as an optional add-on for 100€.

“In general, I was a bit skeptical at first, cause I usually don’t enjoy workshops but the group that we formed and mostly Mel’s guidance was really insightful and helpful. She gathered lots of knowledge from both spiritual and management practice, and each meeting really took us all a step forward and motivated us!”

The next batch opens in March 2026!

What People Are Saying

  • “Mel is an incredibly gifted coordinator that demonstrates a clear passion in guiding her participants to reach insights on their own accord, through well delineated signposts of what it looks and feels like to challenge resistance, registering emotion in the body, and allowing oneself to explore alternative means of getting ‘unstuck’.”

  • “When I joined the Unstuck Lab, I didn't know that participating in it will be a completely new experience, nothing like working on my projects on my own or even with my friends.

The absolute necessity of being present during the lab, the cleverly constructed path of self-reflection that Mel has created, and the experience of being in the company of three other people who have exactly the same problem, and working together with them to find the way out - all of it made the Working session, that comes after the first hour of the workshop, completely different from my usual 'I'll sit down and try to do the thing" working process.

Your brain is actually overjoyed when it is put in these clear, yet friendly conditions. No one is setting the goals for you - in fact, you are encouraged in the process to learn how to set goals so that they work for your process and not against it; and in this and every other aspect granted just enough playful and friendly freedom to learn, while things that need to be monitored (limits of time for every assignment, the general direction of your exploratory path) are taken care of for you by Mel.

My project was a musical one, so it seemed like having concrete steps or any kind of a usable plan was impossible - but by the fourth session I felt like a pro at determining what the steps are.

I used to get an overwhelming feeling of existential horror at some point in my project - that is now completely gone, replaced by a feeling of control over the direction of the process. There are all kinds of lessons in schools and universities, but there are somehow no Unstuck Labs on the curriculum - though the knowledge you get and the experience of it is definitely something most people need in their lives!

Overall, it's hard for me to imagine a more lucky situation for me to find myself in than the lab - and where else would I have such lucky and exactly right conditions to overcome my troubles. Surprising, really, that eight hours stretched over four weeks can make such a difference. ”

  • How do you describe something that you didn't even realise you needed in your life, but once you have participated you realise you needed to do this from the very beginning?

I not only learnt so many amazing tips and tricks but I learnt the human side of resistance and fear and how we all experience it in one way or another, what we can do to move through the fear and resistance, how we can work with others to figure out what exactly our fear and resistance looks like because it really is different for everyone and then writing a list of what you want to do, holding yourself accountable to do that and see how much progress is possible in just 4 weeks is astounding.

I knew I was stuck before doing the Unstuck Lab but I didn't really know why and how and even if it was possible to get my creative flair back as I really felt it had left me but from doing this Lab, I not only found it but I've made so much progress, it's like my creative match has been re lit and I feel that it can't be blown out.

It doesn't mean I won't feel fear and resistance over and over again, but now I'll know what to look out for and what ways I can distinguish it faster and not let it take over in me and prevent me from making all my ideas come to life.

Mel has really created a gem. She noticed something in herself and others perhaps that was the human experience and has created something to stop it from overpowering us individually and stopping us from achieving all that we are capable of.

She has done the research, is able to give us very simple ways of getting out of our own way, has included holistic therapies that really warm me up and has broken it down in a way that is easy to understand and use in our everyday life.

I'm so thankful for this Lab and will be coming back to it's teachings always. Everyone needs to do this, fear and resistance doesn't have to control us and our ideas, we can all get Unstuck!!

  • I highly recommend The Unstuck Lab.

The theory on why we get stuck and how to move through it is incredibly enlightening and readily applicable. I was stuck in many areas of my life and the lab brought light to this and allowed me to regain momentum which is priceless.

  • I worked on my personal project that I was feeling kinda resistant to take action. I have gained a more realistic approach to my attitude and noticed the necessary actions for my project were not as romantic as they are in my mind. It is interesting to be able to notice the setbacks and self-sabotage (they're everywhere). But if I don't keep taking steps there won't be results. It wasn't fun noticing that!  My main takeaway was to start with the smallest step.

I found the presentations very well prepared and Mel's attitude acceptive. It felt natural to open up and share with the other participants.I’d suggest Unstuck Lab to anyone who feels lost and don't know how to keep moving again in their project.

What was your main takeaway from the Unstuck Lab?

“We all feel fear and resistance but it doesn't have to rule over us to the point that we can't make magic happen with our projects and producing lists and organising ourselves is not going to make us lose our creativity, instead it will inspire and help us move through the fear and resistance.”
